Individual Partner Profiles

The CORE consortium brings together five complementary organisations from four European countries, combining expertise in vocational education and training, circular economy consultancy, AI-powered DSS development, green transition policy, and adult learning. This diversity is the project’s greatest strength.

CENTOFORM SRL - Italy (Project Coordinator)

CENTOFORM is a Quality-Accredited VET centre recognised by the Emilia-Romagna Region. Over more than 20 years it has built a multi-regional and international network with SMEs, public institutions, universities and R&D centres. It is associated to Confindustria and participates in several regional clusters (Greentech, Agrifood, Build, Tourism). Since 2023, Centoform coordinates the Erasmus+ COVE project EXCEED — Excellence in Green and Digital Manufacturing — a network of 6 Centres of Vocational Excellence across 5 EU countries. In CORE, Centoform leads overall coordination, website development and WP3.

Moebeus SB S.R.L. - Italy

Moebeus is an Italian benefit corporation specialising in digital circular economy solutions. It holds a patent on ‘Be Circular’, a smart analytics tool that aggregates data to assess corporate ESG, SDG and circularity positioning. The company has deep expertise in AI-augmented Decision Support Systems, blockchain for supply chain traceability, and educational ecosystems for young entrepreneurs. In CORE, Moebeus leads DSS design and development, AI integration and website technical development.

IRFEDD - France

IRFEDD is a regional institute that offers vocational training, diplomas and work-study programmes in the environmental and sustainable development fields, from CAP to Master level. It also conducts studies on emerging green competencies and supports unemployed people seeking green jobs. With a network spanning companies, public bodies, universities and NGOs in the PACA region, IRFEDD brings a rich multi-stakeholder approach to CORE and leads previous Erasmus+ projects including the SESAME urban agriculture project.

ITTI - Bulgaria

The Institute for Technology Transfer and Innovations (ITTI) is a Plovdiv-based innovation HUB that develops the national innovation ecosystem. Its work spans analyses and strategies for SMEs and municipalities, AI-based digital innovation, technology transfer, educational programmes and international project management. ITTI has links to the University of Food Technologies Plovdiv and the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development. In CORE, ITTI leads the quality assurance plan, risk management, piloting coordination and evaluation.

Know-House s.r.o. - Czechia

Know-House is a young but experienced adult education organisation focused on bringing 21st-century skills — circular economy, green transition, digital literacy and AI — to remote regions and rural communities. It works with SMEs, entrepreneurs, teachers and disadvantaged adults including migrants and refugees. Know-House holds a broad network of trainers, web developers, translators and digital content creators. In CORE, K-H leads the entire communication and dissemination strategy, manages social media and coordinates the LinkedIn Community of Practice.
